It is your responsibility to understand all policies BEFORE booking an appointment. Booking & Payments * A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. * Remaining balance is due immediately after service completion. * Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash, Card, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo * CashApp/Venmo: scdeja Business contact number: 779-396-5957 ⏳ Please allow 24–48 hours for confirmation if we have not spoken directly. Retainers & Cancellations * All deposits/retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. * This appointment is an investment of both time and service. Time cannot be made up once lost. Punctuality Policy * Please arrive on time. * A 10-minute grace period is allowed. * Arrivals past 10 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. Appointment Expectations * Full sets typically take 2–3 hours. * Please come prepared to remain still and limit distractions. * No extra guests allowed. * No time restrictions should be placed on the appointment to ensure quality results. Lash Fill Policy * You must have at least 40% of extensions remaining to qualify for a fill. * Fill appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks (25 days) of your last service. * Anything after 4 weeks will automatically be considered a full set.
